Welcome!
I am Kunbi Osinoiki, franchisee for the area. My team and I have a passion is to give children an introduction to the rudiments of music in a fun and stimulating way. The most rewarding aspect of running Jo Jingles classes is seeing the children grow in confidence, develop listening and social skills, and gain basic musical ability during their time with us.
Grown ups attend classes with the children and actively participate in their role as play partners. We find that their support is invaluable in helping the children get the most out of the Jo Jingles experience.
Meet your local Jo Jingles team here.
Why do music with young children?
Countless research indicates that music aids the development of speech, social skills, confidence and self-expression. Music also helps children with maths and reading:
When children learn rhythm, they are learning ratios, fractions and proportions - Professor Gordon Shaw, University of California .
Singing songs to your child widens their vocabulary and improves listening skills, both of which make learning to read easier - Professor John Sloboda, Keele University.
